# Swan Pulls and Perfect Hang

Passive -> Active -> Perfect Hangs is also known as a swan pull. This movement addresses all issues caused by a slouched back to help with shoulder mobility and promote good posture.
I can use this as a variation to work towards as part of my IF-THEN Triggers to stay vigilant on posture. Work towards 30-60s hang time, ideally at the end of a set of swan pulls.
