# The Meaning of Life
These are some thoughts I had during my third psychedelic trip, it was a particular notable experience.
### Existence
All things that exist (life, stones, gases) are a working theory of continued existence. Thus, it is natural for all that exist to desire continued existence.
> Corollary: maybe then there is a non-place of inexistence, where the goal of all non-existent things is to continue non-existing.
### Truth
From quantum mechanics - any thing can happen, albeit at negligible probability. Then anything that happens in a finite amount of time is an illusion, and can be fabricated.
Truths only exist at the end of time, in the expected value of the all probabilities; and one can only glimpse at these truth through immortality, perhaps it's the why for the goal of [[#Existence]].
Furthermore, we, through our actions and thoughts, can uniquely influence the probabilities and even create [[#Truth]]. This can be done by doing some things *more often than not*, so that in infinity they become certainties; maybe we call those things [[#Virtues]].
### Virtues
Some day I'll make a note of the choices I make in [[My Virtues]].
To live is to suffer, to survive is to find some meaning in the suffering. - F. Nietzsche
